Modules 2–3 — Foundations & analysis: behaviours vs skills, personality/ability theory, role profiling in Wave/Swift.

Modules 4–6 — Strategy, results & wrap: portal strategy, interpreting results, next steps—plus breaks, lunch, Q&A, networking.
